Portobello apartments are designed with you - the holiday-maker - in mind. They are fully self contained and serviced weekly. Apartments are set amidst landscaped tropical gardens and feature an open-plan design with sliding doors and large timber decks or private balconies to enjoy the sea breezes. All apartments have Cable TV and DVD players, and are all air-conditioned. Relax by the lagoon style heated pool with a wading area perfect for the children, or enjoy a sizzling BBQ by the pool.
Many of the apartments have recently been fully refurbished, with new floor coverings, new furniture and window coverings. The new furniture and artwork has been specifically selected and designed for Portobello By The Sea to create a stylish and practical look throughout that emphasises a beachside home away from home, influenced by the natural holiday environment of Dicky Beach .
One Bedroom Apartments
Portobello's one-bedroom air conditioned apartments feature large sunny balconies or decks, with views overlooking the heated lagoon style swimming pool and tropical gardens. The apartments are spacious and fully self contained, and sleep two people in style and comfort. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite, made private by an exotic Japanese shohji screen door. Ground floor apartments are available and most upper floor apartments are serviced by a lift.
One Bedroom Deluxe with Spa Apartments
Portobello's air conditioned Spa apartments are situated on the top floor to ensure privacy for that special occasion. Featuring balconies with views overlooking the pool and gardens, they come complete with timber shutters, a large corner spa-bath built for two. Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic weekend away!
One Bedroom Apartment with Outdoor Hot-Tub
Situated on the ground floor this apartment has exclusive use of a large outdoor hot tub, screened for privacy, but just steps away from the pool as well.
 Two Bedroom Apartments
Listen to the surf and enjoy the views! Most two-bedroom apartments feature a superb northerly aspect, all have large balconies, are air conditioned and are bright and colourful. You will be impressed by the size and style. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite, and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and separate bathroom and air conditioning.
Park view apartments face the foreshore parkland. Ocean view apartments face the beach. (Please note – the two bedroom apartments are not serviced by a lift).
Three Bedroom Deluxe Apartments
Situated on the top floor, this luxury air conditioned apartment exudes style and elegance. Just newly refurbished with stylish, modern and practical furniture, this apartment enjoys lovely sea breezes from all three balconies.
The huge main bedroom has a king size bed, TV, extra large robe and fabulous ensuite with a large corner spa. There is a queen bed in the third bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have a separate bathroom.

Disabled Facilities
Portobello has a specially equipped one bedroom apartment for the physically disabled, on the ground floor, and serviced by lift from the carpark. It boasts an oversized deck out to the pool with outdoor furniture and large market umbrella to enjoy outdoor living and sea breezes. The apartment has all the standard disabled fittings in the bathroom and toilet.
A two bedroom apartment is fitted for hearing impaired guests, with video door security and specialised communication facilities. Hearing / guide dogs are welcome.
All apartments are fully self contained, with all linen provided, cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, hairdryer, cable TV and DVD player. All apartments have decking or balconies. Apartments are serviced weekly.

Tariffs effective April 1 2008 to March 31, 2009. Tariffs include GST where applicable and may change without notice.
Deposits are required within 7 days of booking. Reservations will not be held without a deposit. Cancellation conditions apply to all bookings.
Balance of tariff is payable on arrival. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or Cash. If paying by Cash or Eftpos, a cash key bond of $200.00 will be required at time of check-in if no credit card is available.
Additional Guests: The prices quoted are for 2 persons in a one-bedroom apartment, 4 persons in a two-bedroom apartment, and 6 persons in a three-bedroom apartment. There is an $20 per person per night or $100 per person per week charge for additional guests, which includes bedding and linen.
Cots and high chairs are available for hire. Children 3 years and under stay free in parents apartment in existing bedding. Mid Season:
