Tariffs effective April 1 2010 to March 31, 2011. Tariffs include GST where applicable and may change without notice.

Deposits are required within 7 days of booking. Reservations will not be held without a deposit. Cancellation conditions apply to all bookings.

Balance of tariff is payable on arrival. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or Cash.Balance for Christmas Peak Season Bookings will be required by the 30th November 2010. If paying by Cash or Eftpos you will be required to supply credit card details at time of check-in. If no credit card is available a $200 CASH deposit will be required to cover any incidentals.

Additional Guests: The prices quoted are for 2 persons in a one-bedroom apartment, 4 persons in a two-bedroom apartment, and 6 persons in a three-bedroom apartment. Each apartment can accommodate one extra person only, the cost for the extra person (includes linen) is $20.00 per night or $100.00 per week.

Cots and high chairs are available for hire. Children 3 years and under stay free in parents apartment in existing bedding.
